The service
ConvertThings provides online utilities for tasks including image and PDF processing, developer workflows, SEO tasks and general utilities. Features may be changed, improved, suspended or removed as the service develops.
Your content and permitted use
You are responsible for files, text and other content you submit to ConvertThings and for having the rights or permission necessary to process that content. Do not use ConvertThings to process or distribute unlawful material, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, abuse automated endpoints or use the site in a way that harms other users or infrastructure.
File processing and outputs
Outputs are generated from the inputs and settings you provide. You are responsible for reviewing an output before relying on it. ConvertThings does not guarantee that every conversion, analysis, generated value or output will be suitable for a particular legal, professional, archival or production purpose.
Accounts
If account functionality is used, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. ConvertThings may restrict or disable access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms or respond to misuse.
Free access and voluntary support
Core ConvertThings tools are free. A contribution made through Support ConvertThings is voluntary and does not purchase premium access, ownership, preferential treatment or additional product rights. PayPal is the planned third-party payment provider for one-time contributions when that integration is activated.
Advertising and third-party services
ConvertThings may display advertising or use third-party services such as Google or PayPal. Those services can be subject to separate provider terms, privacy policies and availability. ConvertThings is not responsible for a third-party service being unavailable or changing its own service or policies.
Availability and warranties
ConvertThings is provided on an as-available basis. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service useful and secure, but uninterrupted availability, error-free processing, permanent storage and fitness for every purpose are not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important source files and outputs.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ConvertThings and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated as ConvertThings changes. Continued use after updated terms are published is subject to the version then available on this page.
